EAG does not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Data, biometric data, protected health information, genetic information, or financial data. EAG will respond to Your requests within 45 days of verified request. If EAG requires more time to fulfill Your request, EAG will notify You as to the reason for the extension period. If an extension is required to fulfill a request, EAG will have an additional 45 days to complete the request. 

EAG does not knowingly collect Personal Data on any minor. EAG’s Services are not knowingly marketed to any individual under the age of thirteen (13).
